2 to 3 cups cooked and cubed turkey
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 stick melted margarine
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
Directions: Cube turkey and put in a lightly greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Combine soup and broth; pour over turkey. Mix flour, salt and pepper with margarine and milk. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake at 425°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes: This recipe is a great way to use leftover turkey and is also good with chicken.
