1 package wild and long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can fancy Chinese style vegetables
1 1/2 cups water
4 to 6 chicken breasts
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions: Mix rice, cream of mushroom soup, vegetables and water. Spread in casserole dish and place chicken breasts on top. Salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
