2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 ( 16 oz. ) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup cheese, grated
1 cup whipped topping
red or green maraschino cherries
Directions: Dissolve gelatin in water, set aside. Mix pineapple and sugar together in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add gelatin to the pineapple mixture. Let cool. Fold in whipped topping and cheese. Chill. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Keep in refrigerator until serving.
