1 (large) can kraut
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon caraway or dill seed
1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
Directions: Drain kraut, add sugar, salad oil and caraway or dill seed. Simmer 20 minutes. Chill and before serving add chopped pimento.
Notes: This salad is a little different then most kraut salads because it is cooked.
