1 (1 lb.) bag egg noodles
1 cup honey dijon prepared salad dressing
1/2 each red, yellow, green bell peppers chopped into 1/2ÕÕ chunks
Directions: Boil noodles until tender and drain. Rinse immediately in cold running water gently stirring to cool noodles, drain again. Place noodles in serving bowl, add peppers and dressing stirring gently for even distribution. Cover and chill until ready to serve
Notes: Canned chunk white chicken can be added for an easy and light summer meal.
