3 to 4 pounds beef chuck roast
salt and pepper
1 (1 1/2 oz.) package dry spaghetti sauce mix
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
Directions: Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and then dry spaghetti sauce mix. Place in slow cooker. Top with stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook on medium 4 to 6 hours or until meat is done and tender. Slice and serve on hot spaghetti. Serves 6.
