2 lbs. ground beef
4 cups hot salsa
1 (15.5 oz.) can Mexican chili beans (hot)
1 package chili powder
1 (64 oz.) bottle V-8 juice (hot)
1 (15.5 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
1 (large) onion, diced
Directions: Brown ground beef and drain well. Add chili powder, onion, V-8 juice, tomatoes, beans and salsa. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Be sure and use a large pan.
Notes: This was given to my husband by a good friend 10 years ago. Do not use Tabasco sauce or jalapeños. It does something to the taste.
